Building a business can be as hard as building yourself. Most people want to lead their own lives. That is possible and even more. For years, I have been learning and developing myself. I can't say that it has worked out perfectly, nevertheless it is growth. I'll be sharing a way to improve your self and your business. It can help you improve your job search, improve your corporate growth and improve your life goals. A term commonly known as a SWOT analysis. It is simply an acronym of four words, namely; Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat.

What makes SWOT a good tool?
It has been clear that analysing gives best results. We all want a little direction on where we are headed. We all hear about leaders like SAn-born leader Elon Musk and the late former president Nelson Mandela.

"Leaders are also expected to work harder than those who report to them and always make sure that their needs are taken care of before yours." - Elon Musk

You don't need to be in charge to be a leader. You just need to connect to the internal and external parts.

Given that growth takes place over time, you need to focus. Let us look at the analysis:

Strengths - Strength is positive internal capacity, it can be your strong hold in achieving the best results. These are things which you can control at will. For example, your talents, skills and competitive advantage.

Weaknesses - This is the opposite of strength, the negative internal factors.These are things you need to improve. They can be the reason to learn. For example, lack of funds, lack of discipline and lack of performance.

Opportunities - These can be external factors that can contribute to your success.It is safe to say opportunities will always arise.Take advantage of opportunities. For example, new job openings, growing your customers and ideas - innovative ideas.

Threats - Like weakness, this is the opposite of opportunities. These are external factors that may disturb your growth and you tend to have no control over them. Identifying them early can help prepare you for their entrance. For example, more competition, disease outbreaks and even climate change.

It is always a thrill to get a glimpse of your state and your future. Setting your goals and actions will definitely help you pivot for the future, not everything is rocket science sometimes it is the smallest things that matter.
